The technician today that installed my lights, name was Max Cummings. He was very professional, respectful, and very efficient at his craft. Max provided exceptional service. Just wanted Max to know how thankful I was for his work today. From Michael Gray

The install was not fully tested. They had to return, swap my breaker, then order a new one and come back to reinstall. The scheduling and follow up and follow through was horrible. I was so impressed by the knowledge and professionalism by the tech the Sent to bid the job, but the back office really did not have anything coordinated nor was the installer as thorough as what was sold. unfortunately I have been extremely disappointed.

The couple of guys they sent were awesome, I felt super comfortable. They made us laugh, fixed problem, on time , PERFECT. THANK YOU, Definitely use them again.

Nick and Carl were early, hence the name: EarlyBird. They were professional yet friendly. They determined the issue and had to go to three stores to find the part. They returned and installed the contactor for the 'off peak' service. As for value, I gave 5 stars because Nick and Carl are probably not the ones who set the prices. It was $725 to install the contactor. I would hire them again but maybe get a heads up on the costs or obtain a couple more estimates. I paid the price because I wanted the work done right away.
