"To any HomeAdvisor users who have taken the time to read this review, we would like to address this client that we have had to deal with. Since the service we completed at his home (almost 6 months ago), Sung has made it a hobby of his to use every possible venue that he is able to find in order to post this same review. We welcome feedback and as our other reviews on this site as well as others may tell you, we work very hard to maintain a high rating by performing excellent service, and taking care of any issues that might arise right away. Unfortunately we run across customers like this from time to time that post reviews that could not be further from the truth. As Angie's List, The Better Business Bureau, and even the Attorney General have agreed, this same review filed with them has been found to be completely false, slanderous and have taken action to remove it from their records. We wish there was more that we could do to avoid a 'No Win' situation like this ahead of time, but we hope that any prospective clients won't let a Bad Apple like Sung spoil the positive experience so many other customers have had while using our services. Sung, after reading the updated review that you posted this morning (9/30/16), it is clear that you not only have entirely too much time on your hands, but also still feel the need to post slanderous comments about our company. We are hoping that you find a new hobby soon, and would like to let you know we will not be responding to this any longer. We wish you the best of luck."

Our objective is to deliver superior service and the best result, so it sounds like we achieved those objectives. We are surprised you felt we were very expensive. As a customer you receive an upfront quote that details what will be done and how much it will cost - no work begins until the customer agrees to the price. We do have a six hour minimum charge for any one time cleaning - and that is all spelled out in the quote. Again, glad the cleaning was great - that is our objective! Thanks for the review!"
