The work is clean and professional. We needed a whole house system installed, a 20 year old non-functional softener system removed, and repiping. The work is beautiful and tucked out of the way. He completed the work quickly and professionally. Highly recommended. Will be calling for some other plumbing projects.

Horrible experience resulting in water damage to our home, extra expense, and chipped tile. These issues could have been worked out, some were, but in the end the owner repeatedly referenced his bottom line and would not take ownership for the problems.

Mr. Bruckmueller & his associate Tony were very knowledgeable, professional & completed the work ahead of schedule. They use quality materials, explained what was needed for the project (and why they were doing things a certain way) & how to operate the new shut off valves. Our cost estimate was accurate & fair. We will definitely work with Mr. Bruckmueller in the future. We have highly recommended Mr. Bruckmueller to friends.

We have had Bruckmueller Plumbing do a number of big and small jobs for us over the years, always to our complete satisfaction. Eric and Tony managed to work around our tiler to replace and rearrange the fixtures and basin for our master bathroom shower. Everything looks and works great and we are very happy.

I've used them several times, I have always had a good experience with them. I highly recommend them. They are very responsive and have competitive pricing.

Tony and Eric did a great job. The rough-in took several days. Tony arrived as expected, did a high quality job and cleaned up the space each day. Tony will return when the vanity, shower and floor are complete to do the final hookups. If I need plumbing service in the future, I will call Bruckmueller Plumbing. I can't comment on cost as this is rolled into the full bathroom remodel costs.

Very well. Eric returned my call promptly and had a plumber (Tony) at my home within 1 hour (though, this was NOTan emergency). Tony was prompt and professional. He did a great job on my toilets. A little expensive, but well worth it.

Overall: good, but expensive! Not sure if it was due to time or parts, but whew ugh.

Excellent service.  Reasonable price.  Will definitely use again.

Eric showed up on time and provided friendly and courteous service. He helpfully explained the work he was doing and made needed recommendations. He installed an interior shut-off valve for the outdoor faucet, something that would have been really helpful to have when the old faucet had failed.

Eric ALWAYS does excellent work for us.  We've been using him for 8 years.  He is thorough, neat and personable.  Our parents, siblings and friends have used Eric and all have been very satisfied with his work.  He takes his time and does it right the first time, and he prides himself on his excellent work.  We've never had to call him to return to re-fix an issue.  He's an outstanding plumber.

Showed up on time and gave a call ahead.  Arrived and performed the work professionally and under estimated cost.  Offered references for other trades if we needed them for other work.  Super friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional.  I will be using him in the future for any plumbing needs.

Incredibly well.  Eric is very professional and gets the job done correctly in an honest way with great proficiency.  He was also able recommend other reputable businesses in the area for a multitude of services my wife and I determined are needed for our house.

Eric Bruckmueller showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Had all needed parts with him. He was recommended to us by a neighbor that he had done some work for. He's personable and professional. My only comment would be that he was a little too cautious in setting the maximum temperature of the shower water. I would like it if I could get it hotter. We would use him in the future if needed.

Great. Eric squeezed us in the same day we called, came on time and was professional and friendly. He explained everything and told us how to prevent future problems. He also fixed our pipes to reduce the likelihood of having the same problem.

We have used Bruckmueller Plumbing for a number of years, and are very pleased with the knowledgeable, honest and excellent service that Eric Bruckmueller consistently provides.  Eric is very personable and easy to work with, and he?s committed to his work as a craft, not just as a job.   Some reviews mention that Bruckmueller is in the high range of plumbing costs.  Our response is simply that one gets what one pays for:  integrity and value.  Eric owns his own business and lives close to our neighborhood, another fine asset.

Eric Bruckmueller did an excellent job, and was also very polite and professional. We will certainly use him again for future plumbing needs.

Overall, the experience has been excellent! He’s done a nice job and gives accurate estimate. We had a frost-free faucet that was replaced the previous fall; it was no longer working, and it wasn’t installed correctly, so that resulted in a frozen pipe that broke. He came out and replaced that and explained that the angle needs to be just exact during the frost-free faucet installation, which shows me that he’s competent. There’s never been an issue since he’s done that work. He’s cleaned up well and his work has been a good value.

Bruckmueller was fantastic.  We LISTEN to Eric Bruckmueller because he does not replace/do things unnecessarily and when a change is necessary, he does the job RIGHT - the FIRST time.  He did a GREAT job on the dishwasher (it looks like it BELONGS there) and we have had no trouble with it as we did (right from the start) with the prior dishwasher (due to another company's poor install).  We have used Bruckmueller Plumbing for a few jobs now... NO, they are not the cheapest around.  BUT, using Bruckmueller, you get two things:
1-A plumber you can TRUST completely 
2-GREAT quailty work and products. 
Too many others cut corners or use cheap replacement parts.  Bruckmueller cuts no corners and recommends good quality parts/products so that you don't end up with the same hassle two years down the road.Although I rated their service a "B" on cost - cost to value rating would be A+++++We will never use another plumber.We can recommend this plumber with utmost confidence.

I think he is a fine plumber. He understands his business and does it very well.
