Joe Decker at Advisor's has helped me acquire the mortgage and later the refinancing of my current home. We were lucky to refinance when we did and Joe got us a great rate. It was as simple as a phone call and some patience. He was very straight forward in explaining things and patiently dealt with my questions. About two weeks after we were done, I called with an unrelated question, one not really in the realm of mortgages, but pertaining to finance and he went out of his way to send me more information on it. Well worth his reasonable rate. I'm not a real estate "player" and I have no desire to move or purchase more property - just wanted others to know that Joe takes some of the stress out of all the stuff that goes into a home purchase.

Brooks was so helpful. If I had any questions, I could email her and know I would get an answer. I will use them again if I need to re-finance next year!
