I had a very experienced person come out and go over what we needed and he gave me the quote at the same time. I knew right away after talking with him this was the company I was going to use. They came out a few months later and installed the air conditioner. They were very clean and did everything to perfection. This is one of the things I'm so glad that I purchased and had them install the equipment. I'm impressed with the quality of work and product. I would HIGHLY recommend them without any hesitation.

They were great to work with and among the most reasonably priced. They listened to our desires and were not pushy with add-ons. Installation took the better part of a day but it was done right. Between the sales call and the installation crew, they didn't miss a beat. The installers knew every detail about the sales call and ensured everything was in place as discussed. They paid a great deal of attention to detail and met/exceeded my high standards. I even received a reminder call ahead of the appointment confirming time and date. The crew showed up a few minutes berore the appointment time, were extremely polite and left the house as clean as when they got here. I often hesitate to work with service professionals because I know they need to make money and will often cut corners to do so. I didn't get that sense at all from these guys. I'd be happy to hire them again for needs in the future and would recommend them to anybody looking to have HVAC work done. (And not because the $50 incentive I'd be eligible for...) BTW if you do go with them, and would like to mention you were referred by me, I'll donate the $50 bonus to Second Harvest Heartland.
