Brett did a great job on my deck renovation. He showed up on the date he that we agreed on. He finished the project quickly and it looks beautiful . He also cleaned the work area perfectly when he finished. Brett is very professional and friendly. I would definitely hire him again for future projects.

Brett did a great job building the addition to our house. We will be having him back to do more work to the inside of the house this fall/winter. Great individual to work with.

Brett and his helper did very good work, It took longer than I thought it would, 2 weeks to tear off old deck floor and replace with a new floor and new railings. I liked the finished work and Brett was easy to work with, He left the area and rage in better shape than when he started. I would recommend him, He does quality work and tries to please.

Brett removed and installed two exterior doors and replaced four interior doors, which had to be custom fitted. He takes pride in his work, and didn't leave until we were satisfied. He performed the work in a timely fashion and was on schedule. We will probably hire Brett again in the future.

We hired Brett to build a large cedar deck with stairs. He gave us a great price and was able to start quickly. Brett was able to work well with the city inspector on a few issues, which ended up saving us money. It ended up taking a little longer to finish than quoted but that was mostly due to weather. We were a little surprised that sanding was not included, but to be fair, we never asked. Brett did a great job, the deck is solid and I would recommend him.

I specifically stated that I wanted treated wood for a ledger. Without asking or discussing a change with me, redwood was used. After the entire project was completed a suggestion that it could be redone but with problems. I declined because that would only delay matters and also it left something to the unknown.

I wish I could give Brett more than 5 stars. Brett built a 12 foot addition onto my garage so I could have a 3rd stall. I could not be happier with the work he did and the extra attention to detail. Brett listened to what I wanted and built it just as I requested while others tried to talk me into changes I didn't want. The building inspector even commented that Brett did everything right and went above and beyond what he sees from other contractors. I only have 1 regret.....I wish I would have hired Brett to do the siding and roofing too. Unfortunately I had already signed a contract with somone else, but that company didn't do construction so I hired Brett for the garage addition. I tell everyone I can about the great work Brett did and I wish him the very best! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Brett for any job he is willing to do. Brett- If you are reading this feel free to use me for a reference, I'd love to show off my garage to anyone who wants a look.

Brett is a sole owner of this business. We hired him to build a deck for us. Timewise, it took him 2 weeks to complete the project which he told us on the first day he was here. He did a great job and we are happy with his work. Yes, we would recommend him.

Brett does beautiful work! Even my neighbor noticed how nice and professionally done the cedar siding replacement on the front of our home looked, so they contracted him to replace their siding too.

Quick response to my request. BH Development also took into consideration what I was looking for and that's what he quoted me on..not a bunch of extra stuff that I didn't want done. Pricing was reasonable and they were very easy to work with. They also accomodated our request to get the work done quickly. The work was started 4 days after I first spoke to them, and done 3 days later.

I hired Brad for my deck repair project. He did a great job, and his rate was unbeatable. He was one of four pros that contacted me through HomeAdvisor (Service Magic at that time). He was the only pro who said would do this job. (Two pros said it's too late in the year to tackle a big exterior job like this, and one said it's not repairable.) He never complained working in a cold weather, it even started raining middle of the job, but he kept working, and finished the job. Very professional. Highly recommend!!!
