Everything about this project has gone from bad, to worse, to disastrous. Every window is crooked, gaping holes in insulation, flashing, caulking. Manager offered to correct duration in October, just got an email they 'just placed the window order and it could take several weeks'. My porch where the windows are is essentially unusable, looks like a construction zone with nails and shims sticking out. 2 brand new windows are already showing moisture between panes. Will not return calls, will not offer time frame, will not admit to mistakes. Worst decision I've ever made was to hire this company.

I do not recommend this company!!!! They will steal your money!! They have not started yet. I had 2 major events occur that has made me unable to pay for the 2nd half. I asked to be let out of the contract as I have no income now. This was unforseen as i did not intend to back out. The outrageous price of $14,500 for a tub and surround only is bad enough. They refuse to give me an itemized list as to what I am/have paid for. They will not refund the $7500 I put down nor will they give me the product ordered. I am told I must take their finance offer or be out $7,400. No one will allow mw to talk to anyone but this Dennis guy who is less than helpful and has given me the runaround for 2 weeks. This is just unethical, and they do not care what has occurred to you, they are 100% still going to rip you off because you signed their contract from hell. Use another company!! This one is terrible!!! Zero empathy. I am out $7400 and have NOTHING to show for it. Disgusting. Never have I had such a hard time dealing with a company that hides their coward managers from the customer. Impersonal as it gets.

I originally hired Steve to reface cabinets and door fronts in 2019 and they did a good job, then I hired Steve to remodel a different set of cabinets about 4 months ago, I have a signed contract on 8/25/2020, it took approximately 13 weeks before someone finally showed up, the project is still not completed and I am having a hard time getting them to complete it, none of the doors are installed properly, today they were a no show and no call, so I called, left a message, no one has got back to me

They have stood by the product through a few glitches and most importantly the installation and that made a HUGE difference in the performance of the windows. GREAT follow up by everyone in the company.

They replaced my roof in the fall and it looked good but this spring it leaked and it took them 4 months to come and look at it. then all said is that I need to shovel the roof of every time it snows so it will not build up ice dams. It ruined my ceiling they say I have to replace. they dont stand by there warranty . They said when I went with them that I would not have to worry about ice dams.I went with them because they said they have a good warranty not true at all I told them I want what they said in writing its been three months and nothing from them DO NOT HAVE THEM DO YOUR ROOF and piece of the shingles are now blowing off the roof.

Our new patio door is beautiful. It is much less drafty than the old one and slides very nicely.

They gave me a detailed contract on 10/8/2019, demanding advance payment of $2910.00 after examining my roof. On 9 Nov they called me to say they refuse the job, and we asked about the refund of my down payment; I have heard nothing more as of 11 Nov 2019.

Great work, done in one day

This company is worthless. They never follow through with anything they say and after they get paid to forget it. I have been trying to great warranty paperwork from them, and asphalt on my driveway removed. They tell you they will be out and they never show up. Plus they over charge you and they never return phone calls. This is a horrible company to do business with. Buyer beware. The company that did the actual work was great. Nice people and very professional. They did a tremendous job and I thank the guys for the quality job they did. If you do business with Your Home Improvement company anyways make sure they give you the jar of Vaseline as you will need it. A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ON BUSINESS.
