Steve did a great job. First, he arrived on time for the estimate and gave me my estimate after a day or so. Then he got the permit, showed up right on schedule, did top-notch work, and finally set the fixtures when we were ready for him to do so. He stuck by his estimate, and only added one extra item, which was with my approval - a floor drain that we were missing, and he only charged me a minimum amount for that.
This guy can solve problems on the job, which I really like. When we needed to move the shower and the lav, he was right on it.
