Amazing! After a terrible experience with a contractor on another job this summer (and not any great experiences with plumbers in the past), these guys were heaven. They did a smaller sump pump job earlier this summer at half the price of the other estimate. We asked them to do this bigger job because that one went well. They did this job in 3 days and were very pleasant and professional. They even went to the store to buy a few parts to save a relatively new but faulty faucet rather than tell us we needed to buy a new one. I was sad to see them go when they were done!

it went well except for problems with the City.  City could not find my application then after 3 days they did and then they finally got the permit and put in the furnace and the tested did not come till 4pm and then the man with the meter came at 5 and brought the wrong meter and had to go back and get the right one and finally installed it so we could turn on the furnace.  The city was a royal pain to work with.
