Great response time, and the carpets look wonderful. Stains I didn't expect to come out are gone. Very reasonable price.

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning. He got out a very nasty stain and my carpet looks beautiful! He was very thorough and moved all of the furniture. He was very pleasant and punctual. The price was very reasonable and he kept to his estimate. I will use him again in the future.

I am so pleased with their services!  Gary came and gave us an estimate the day after I had contacted him, which he stuck to 100%.  He was available to clean our carpets within a couple of days, but we pushed it out 2 weeks for when the kids would be back in school and out of their hair!  I found Gary to be very professional and sincere.  The quality of work done was fantastic - the best carpet cleaning we've had since moving into our house 9 years ago.  I will definitely use ProCare again in the future, and as soon as the carpets look grungy, they will be the first ones I call!

I've never had upholstery cleaned before, so I'm not sure what a fair
price is, but $160 seemed like a lot for one sofa and one loveseat (with
pillows and cushions).  The work was fine.  The gentleman who did the cleaning (the owner) was considerate and thoughtful.

It went fabulous! I could not believe how clean the carpets were! I thought for sure or landlord was going to call us and say that we needed to replace the carpet. But thanks to these guys the carpets look better than when we moved in. Well definitely use them in the future.

The carpet was cleaned, that was good.  It took several days to dry, that was bad. It was very fragrant for a couple  of weeks after the job
was done, bad.  He was quite a bit later than expected.  Over all, I think the other reviews were written by family members.  I will not hire
them again.

I first got an estimate.  He was on time and professional.  He was able to come back  fairly soon to clean the carpet.

He was outstanding.  He seemed like a really good guy.  He did a good job - very professional.

    I had looked in the phone book for carpet cleaners and found Pro Care and then looked on Angie's list for this listing.  When I saw that this carpet cleaner was given A's, I phoned for an appointment. 
    When I reached Gary the owner, he seemed very reserved and a little nervous.  But we made the appointment and he came about only 15 minutes late, which I don't consider a big deal.  He cleaned the carpets and collected the area rugs and was out the door in about 1 hour.  The carpets looked great, but he did say he thought some spots may come back up but will be glad to retouch when he returned with the area rugs.  When I contacted him the second time and he stated that he didn't have our number,( he stated he got the number off of the check and we paid cash) a=nd he was waiting for our call.  I called on Friday and he dropped the pre-treatment by on Sunday afternoon and was there as stated on Monday and did as was expected.  The area rugs looked brand new and were beautifully cleaned.
