Work done was on a commercial building with 3 active tenants with daily visitors. The work was done after business hours and on weekend as not to disrupt the business activity. Truly appreciated myself and my tenants.

It went really well. The crew was here at the agreed upon time. They have a really good relationship with coworkers. We are well satisfied with the work and workmanship. Would definitely recommend them to anybody. When removing the old shingles they made sure that there wasn’t any debris left on the ground.i

This company was excellent. They were fast, clean and very courteous! When they left it was completely clean around my house. I would highly recommend them. Their price was very reasonable!

Big job, small house. New windows on house, new roof on garage. New siding on both.

The repair was fully completed within 2 hours of giving them the go-head.

Oitlast Construction just finished re-roofing our house, garage, and workshop. We found them on Angie's List and they appeared to be the best choice. They were excellent!! They kept us informed as to when they would arrive, and during the job. They were in and out of here in three days, which is amazing. When they finished up, you would never know there was ever such a mess. The yard looked exactly as it did before they came. I would recommend this company to ANYONE!!

It was fantastic. My mother’s has Alzheimer’s and Brian and the whole crew were so conscientious of her needs. They worked fast and well. And left the place spotless!! Personally, Brain and Nicole were amazing to wok with. I was so grateful to them and they were to me. The roof looks beautiful. They were thoughtful and honest. It was a magnificent experience

It was unbelievably great! They were here earlier then we had figured (which was a nice surprise) fast and efficient! Clean up was wonderful, I’ve heard stories from others regarding messes that some roofers tend to leave behind, I honestly don’t think we found as much as a nail laying around. Highly recommend! That you to Brian & his crew for a job well done!

Great! Very professional and prompt. Poor guys that showed up had to do it in 90+ degree heat, but they did an awesome job. Impressed with the craftsmanship, warranty and all around professionalism. We will call them again for more work in the future with out any hesitation. Great job and a very fair price.

They did a roofing job on a neighbors house. I gave them a call and they gave me a good price. When the weather cleared they got the job done in 1 day. They met all of my needs and expectations. They did a good job of cleaning up all of the debris. I would use them again and recommend their service. While I was having a casual conversation with one of the men, I mentioned that I was in the military. He gave me a discount for that reason, which I was not expecting.

Awesome! My fiance is very handy and usually does everything himself, but we immediately liked the personality of the owner. It was enjoyable just to talk to him and the way they have everything organized was so professional. They brought all the materials and if there was anything they needed along the way they were delivered precisely when they needed them. They had plenty of staff that was courteous and they didn't leave a single thing out of place when they were done. They didn't miss a beat. When there were issues with the weather they called us promptly to let us know they were keeping an eye on it. We wanted to have the work done sooner rather than later so as soon as the weather was cooperative they called verify that they could come out at their next available time. Their pricing was the best, and we've had neighbors ask who did our new roof.

Perfect. On time and stayed within the budget.
