Very professional.  They hand dug the entire area, wheelbarrowing old materials out and new materials in to avoid damage to the grass on the side yard.  The end product is the beautiful and the envy of my neighbors.

Northern Pines was recommended by a few co-workers who had used them in the past. I called and asked when they could come out to look at the project and the owner came out that evening. We received the estimates on the 3 ways the work could be done within a few days. All correspondence and our questions were answered very promptly throughout the entire process. The owner was here on site every day working with his crew. Not only was the owner pleasant and great to deal with, his crew was too. They did a great job of keeping the job site cleaned up each night which was important to us. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and would absolutely recommend Northern Pines to anyone looking to do have a quality landscaping project done.

An excellent experience. The owner Mr. Lau responded quickly via email. Did not give the impression of trying to sell and quot;extrasand quot; -- listened carefully to what we wanted, provided a detailed estimate via email. This company's bid was not the cheapest, but we decided the professionalism and responsiveness would be worth the additional cost. A small but important detail to illustrate -- when I received the first estimate I asked, by email, about a lower cost option -- Mr. Lau quickly replied with a new estimate with a lower cost -- great service, great attitude.
The crew arrived, supervised by Mr. Lau, on time. They did excellent work. We are pleased with our choice, and are happy to recommend this company without reservation.
