We have a rental near home in Two Harbors. We have a renter coming in on Monday ? this is Friday. The bathroom sink and tub drains were draining very slowly-or not at all. We did what we could but they were still draining slowly. I looked at Angies list reviews and decided to call Midway. They came out within an hour and apparently did a great job. I'm not sure if $146 is a great price or not ? we have never had this done before. But they came right out and got the job done ? what else can we ask for? Thanks, Angie's list!

I had water backing up in basement shower. They cleaned main sewer line and removed some tree roots and debris. A few weeks later, water backing up again. They came back out immediately and cleaned it again. Did not charge for second trip. They recommended putting a camera down in the line if it continued to back up but it has been good since the second cleaning. The worker was punctual, cleaned up after, and very professional.

Arrived on time, did the job, left job site orderly.

Overall, we were extremely happy with the service. He fixed a very stressful situation for us and had everything working properly in minutes.

I discovered that my toilet was blocked and after some investigation found that my septic tank was about to overflow.
Needless to say I called a few friends and two recommended Midway. I called them around 15h30 on Wednesday 1/31/2013.
I explained my situation and the lady on the phone told me they could come pump my septic tank still the same day.
About 1 hour later the driver stopped in front of my house. Access to my tank was a little bit of a problem but the driver worked with me and they had no problem reaching the tank with their long hoses carried on the truck.
With a wind chill around -15F the driver continued the job until completed. Very professional service in a time I needed them here.

They were extremely friendly and knowledgable. They fixed my problem when previous companies could not. They came as soon as I called them.

I discovered that the drain in the basement floor had sewage coming out of it. I called the city to check the city sewer line. They came out and said it was fine. The next morning I called Midway to take a look at my drain. I called at 730 am. Someone was at my house by 9 am. They spent 2 and a half hours getting through the pipe and fixed the problem. The plumbers were pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions.

I appreciated how quickly they came out and solved the issue. The price was a little more than i was hoping to spend, but it could have been worse.

The guy from midway came out and we showed him how water was backing up in the basement. He told us the sewer line was clogged and it would be a simple fix. He tried snaking through the cleanout and broke off a piece of his snake in our sewer line. He grabbed a new piece and tried again and still had no luck. He then claimed that he could not get through the house ptrap and it was likely we had a busted or corroded line. He told me that I would have to call a plumber to dig out the old trap (a few thousand dollars) and the line could then be cleaned/fixed. He left and I decided to call a plumber and have him come out and give me his thoughts. He decided to try to snake the line and within 30 minutes had completed the project and water was no longer backing up in the basement. Not only did Midway not complete the job, but they tried to send me to a plumber to fix something that was not wrong which would have cost us thousands of dollars.

My experience with them was good. It cost a little more than I thought. They were courteous and nice. It cost me $700 for their services.

I called in the morning and described my problem. They sent someone out with a couple of hours. The guy listened to my concerns as I showed him the basement and where the drainage issue was located. He told me the price and also if he went out past 50 feet that there was an additional charge. He was professional the entire time he was and answered any questions. The only thing that would have made it better was if he would have cleaned up.

I had a great experience with Midway. My husband noticed a little water in our basement around a manhole we have. He removed the manhole and saw that the water level was too high. We know what that means. We have had to have our line cleaned ever 4-5 years of tree roots. I called Midway, they took my info, gave me a price quote and said they would be here in about an hour. They were here in less and was able to get my problem resolved. Price was resonable, it was exactly as they quoted. I would absolutely use them again
