We had a very bad experience. We left the house to the cleaners. There were 3 ladies. They locked up after they left. When we got back, they damaged our custom made seat covers on our kitchen chairs. They were stained with bleach. It was a poor job overall. There was dust everywhere. There were clumps and balls of dirt. We could have done exactly what they did in an hour. The base boards and bathrooms were not cleaned. They didn’t vacuum right. When we complained, they were sorry and they offered half off the next visit. They didn’t offer a full refund or to replace the kitchen seat covers. They were a half hour early, instead of being on time.
