Craig Pionk does not care about customer satisfaction.  He told my husband on the phone that he had been by and he should start cutting the grass.  I contacted him a few weeks later because we had not heard from him and he said he never had been by, which is not what he told me husband.  My husband talked to him again and he mentioned to him about reseeding in the fall.  We assumed after the conversation my husband had with him, he would come back and reseed in the fall.  Four days later, we came home to a bag of seed leaning against the front door.
