We had a bid placed by Dan Traylor on an egress insert and a bedroom that was to be started at the end of September 2022, or early October 2022. We accepted the bid, and he stated he would follow up at the end of September. No calls After ignoring texts, I received a phone call on 9/28 stating that he would no longer accept the bid as a previous government bid was accepted. We were never informed of the possibility of the job now being postponed until spring. We went with Dan as he was referred to us as honest, a man of his word, and he gets jobs done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that is not true. We passed on other (cheaper bids) due to the reference given to us, and Dan actually stated to us that it would be completed before winter. Now, my son is left without a room. I highly recommend avoiding this company and any dealings with Dan Traylor at all costs. Not a family or loyal business.

Excellent communication, timely response, honest, on time, hard working. Great business.

I would hire him for anything! He does what he says he will do and he shows up when he says he will show up. I always know it is going to be done right!

Dan is personable, easy work with and he lays out everything before the job is started so you know everything. He works well with my insurance, The work is outstanding and the bathroom is beautiful!!
