Yes I did have it inspected but one cannot tear out ceiling tiles and paneling during an inspection. I believe the realtor along with the family hid dangerous problems from me. heating ducts had wires drilled through them for electrical heating. Obiosuly without pulling a permit or having it inspected which is state law. I am surprised the house did not catch on fire as all 3 electricians I had bid on told me. Which is sad as their elderly mother was living in this house.
So now I am putting in over 20,000.00 to have new electrical wireing and also new heating ducts put in.
,I assume selling a house is more important than being ethical and honest and having concern for the occupiers of the home. It was purchased for my son and new granddaughter but as is is unsafe to live in.
