We are having a lot of problems with this floor. We had Mike to come back and look at the floor. He thought that the flooring they used from the flooring company was defective, but I don't care who fault it is and all I know is that the floor isn't any good. I've been emailing Stacey in regards to the floor, but nobody will come and take a look at it because it's from that other flooring company, so it's the typical runaround. The floors are curling up. First it was one board and now it's up to several boards. My mom is 82 years old and she could trip and fall because of the floor. I've been screwing around with this floor going on two months now and they say it's the flooring company's problem. The floor looked fine when he put it in, but the floor isn't floating and that's why they're curling up. My mom was satisfied with their price or she wouldn't have done it.
