Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery

It was a horrible experience. The countertop came and my plumber installed it. The next day I realized that the backsplash was not completely polished. There was a 1" strip at the top and a 1" strip at the bottom that were polished, but not the 4" in between. Ferguson's sent out the local fabricator of the countertop (not a pleasant person, to say the least) and he could not make it good. Ferguson's blamed my plumber for not checking it and then they said that the lighting in the countertop manufacturer's shop was such that they couldn't always tell if everything was polished. They tried to replace the countertop, but the replacement was even worse than the original. To make up for the hassle, they gave me a $100 gift certificate which expired in 6 months (and that stipulation wasn't apparent in the VERY TINY fine print on the certificate. I found my transaction with them was frustrating and very unsatisfactory.

Sue V. worked with us in choosing our plumbing, electrical and appliances.  She knows her stuff!  Sue is very professional and thorough.  SHe was very prompt at returning phone calls,  and great at solving problems that came up during our construction. I gave a "b" rating for professionalism, because there were times when I felt a bit rushed.  ( I always need lots of time when spending $$$ that will last for the next 15-50 years.)   The showroom is nice too. 
 I compared prices on appliances to most local appliance stores, including the outlet store.  I was surprised to find that Ferguson's had great prices on appliances.
