They came out three times as contracted to fertilize the lawn.  We live near a river so they cannot use chemicals to get rid of weeds but said that the lawn would be healthier and crowd out weeds.  That seems to be the case.  They came out as planned and the product definitely made a difference in our lawn.

We are very happy with them, and we like it a lot. We have a big yard, and they come out every Monday. They are very thorough, and they are very good. We have never had any problems with them. If anything is wrong, they come and tell us about it, and suggest ways to fix it, and stuff like that. I have had them for years. They have been very good, and helpful. The price is very competitive, I have looked at others. They are very on top of things. I can't say enough good things about them, they are very professional.

Have had an increase in weeds that has gotten progressively worse over last 3 years. In the spring the last 2 years I have called to inform them that we have a worsening dandelion problem. They have stated that they don't apply weed killer with the first treatment of the season. That is problematic - it is at the time of the 1st treatment that the dandelions show up. By the time Evergreen comes for 2nd treatment, the dandelions have gone through their life cycle, seeded, and blown themselves all over the yard so we have that many more next year. Weed treatment at cycle 2 is too late. I have called Evergreen twice in the last week pleading for them to come out and spray the weeds, as we have a grad party coming up. They responded that they would be out this week - NO SHOW. Every morning I wake up to more dandelions in the yard. When I call, I get an answering machine. This is what I pay a lawn service for, and it is failing miserably. They have always been punctual and predictable with visit times, but they seem not to have the staffing to do any work outside of the routine.
I am on Angie's list today to find a new lawn service.

They come three times a year. They charge on yearly basis. I have had no problems with them. I would recommend them to all. I would use them in the future.

They did work on my yard for a year. I last used them in November of 2010. To me they were just like a factory. They use to come in and just did what they had to do. There was a part of my yard that they refused to do because I had three steps. They said they couldn't get their equipments down to do that part of the yard. They were very unaccommodating.
