Essentia Health - Duluth Clinic

It was good when it was Duluth clinic. Now that it's Essintia health it's a joke. They do not care if you're in pain or not it's all about making money they're not about the patient or the patient's quality of life I will never recommend anyone to go there go to St. Luke's or St. Mary's if you want to get better

It's quite a huge compass. I've been very happy with every doctor and their specialty I have seen. I've been with them for probably 30 years.

He is awesome! He is really easy to get in to see because he makes himself available to the patient. He is very honest and very fair. I would use him again in the future.

My clinic experience was a good one. Staff was friendly and courteous. They delt with you in a professional manner.

Things went well.....I had some health issues. I was sent to lab as needed and referred to all specialists as needed

Doc lusian. refused to fill my meds I've been on and waited til I was out to tell me that she couldn't take over my previous docs care. she was very unsympathetic to my situation.

My knee surgery was in 2010. It has faded in the background. They had a really good presurgical class before the surgery. I thought that was really good. You could get all your questions answered. It prepared you and gave you an idea of what to expect. It was an artificial knee replacement.

It was actually easy to get in to see him. I had a good experience there, overall. They treated me well and I was seen quickly.

I saw Dr. Deegan. He's friendly and everything, but I don't feel like it solved my problem as I think it's kind of a stubborn problem and he's the only doctor I've ever seen about that, so there's no comparison. It didn't take too long to see him though.

My overall experience was wonderful. I arrived, was admitted to my room, doctor came in and explained everything, waited about 30 minutes to be brought to procedure room, woke up in my room, with a nurse standing by, she was awsome and later that same day, I was up and walking around.  The next day I was released feeling great !!

I arrived 20 minutes before appt. checked in and waited appoximately 20 minutes to be brought back to see doctor. Blood pressure was checked by attendant, doctor came in about 5 minutes after that. The doctor I see there is awesome, he has a great bedside manner, explains things very well and he is so awsome. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that needs a cardiologist.

The staff is very helpful and they have classes and equipment. They are one of the best that I have been to in the area. Twice a year they offer coupons for a half price day pass and I buy their passes then.

They are very professional. They have everything I need to get the treatments.

They have excellent emergency room service staff. Anytime I have had to go there they have been extremely helpful. Their rooms are clean. It is a good hospital. They like cleanliness very strongly and follow by it. I haven't had a problem with their availability. It is very easy to get it. My doctor there is completely full and no one can see him. He doesn't take anymore clients. I have a lot of chronic pain which just does not go away so I don't know what to say about the effectiveness of treatment. I have had trouble with them for changing my insurance from one to the other. They can't seem to get it straight. They have sent us several forms that I keep signing over and over again. Their billing and administration is very bad. Their communication with the hospital is bad. They don't understand that I no longer have this insurance but I have the other one now. I have told them repeatedly.

I was extremely satisfied with them. 

I like that it is convenient to get to, and parking is easy.  The staff at the front desk is very friendly, as well as the nurses and all of the doctors.

They were very professional.

I have been going to Essentia Health for about three years.  It is a convenient location and it isn't overly busy.  I will continue to go there.

Anytime I have called in they have been awesome, even when I have called in and been so sick and not making any sense they have still been awesome.  When I have called in for an emergency, and since the ER is not an option for me he has even called me and told me what I need to do.
