Initial mitigation didn't solve the issue, but Doug and team came back a handful of times to find the issue and make it right. Highly recommend these guys.

Energy Plus installed a gas insert into our fireplace. We would go with them again, and appreciate the service and very helpful information we got from our salesman, Chris Carlson.

I ended up doing most of the battery work myself and they in turn took care of the grid tie. There were problems with that as well. Although they did get it fixed, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The owner seems arrogant and very customer unfriendly.

"Energy Plus purchased Conservation Technologies in August of 2012. We did not acquire any liabilities. The old owner stayed on for one year to smooth the transition. We at Energy Plus pride ourselves on doing the right thing and are dedicated to providing the best possible expertise and craftsmanship. Because this project was completed 6 years before we acquired Conservation Technologies we could not warranty the work done. We made the decision to give all materials at our cost and we charged half of our labor rate to complete the repairs. There was no profit made. The old owner/employee in question left the business December 31, 2013. -Chris Lindberg Operations Manager Energy Plus Inc."

We had a small wiring job and had previously worked with Conservation Technologies and had a good experience. Billy is exceptional to work with. Although difficult to lock down in terms of his very busy schedule he is upfront, thoughtful, conscientious, and great to work with.
