Appliance Repair
Each time I have placed an order, Emerson has provided the correct, high quality part. The parts are shipped quickly, and I have never had an issue with receiving a defective or incorrect part. In one case, it initially appeared that the part would not work. I contacted Emerson and they were more than willing to exchange or refund the part, but I was able to use the part anyways, but it was nice that they would exchange or refund almost 3 months after the sale.
