At first, our communication was fantastic... Hans (the owner) was prompt on returning calls and we made an appointment that fit our schedule. However, I had some follow up questions/concerns and it took me weeks to get Hans to return my call. I really wanted to keep this company in my list of service providers, but the lack of communication after they worked on my house was disappointing. I should say... they charged me a fair rate and the ice dams were removed completely.
"I understand your disappointment at the lag time on us going to your house to harness up and check out what was obvious to us as a residual water drain, and I find your comment on it to be fair and legitimate. However on Angie's list you stated we used a hot water pressure washer, this is far more detrimental and untrue, we only use true steamers, these are $5,000.00 machines, the hot water pressure washers cost a few hundred bucks and do damage to houses. It is the biggest red flag in the industry and is an absolute no no to use. I respect your right to be disappointed with the lag time in our peak season, that's fair, but please saying I use hot washers is a death sentence to us, if it's not to much to ask could you just edit hot washer to steamer. Thanks, Hans 349-2684"
