Design Build Duluth

I would not recommend Wyatt Knight and his Design and Build company. The inability to complete designs within budget was encountered. Poor project management was also encountered related to a pole barn project which was not managed properly resulting in surrounding property damage, and ineffective communication us the owners and the contractors involved. Wyatt Knight demonstrated a lack of integrity related to the financial management of the project resulting in the general contractor calling me asking where funds where after 21 days of the project start. Down payment and construction start funds were transferred to Design and Build through Builder Trend.  Wyatt Knight was fired from the pole barn phase of the project for a lack of integrity and poor project management. Wyatt knight could not provide vetted references and project history when asked. Based on Integrity issues, further research found numerous adverse legal and financial facts related to Wyatt Knight.

This project went really great.  Wyatt was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and makes it look easy.  He listened to what I wanted and offered his expertise on issues that arose during the project.  He went out of his way to get the project done while respecting our schedules.  He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.  He made sure that the proper materials were used keeping mind our budget.  Highly recommended.
