Cost Cutters

I went in to get highlights & lowlights and a cut TWO years ago and I am still suffering for it today. My roots were dark and this was not an extraordinary request but something I had done every few months. My 'stylist' was Sharon. When I left the salon my hair was a dark green & gold stripe and the cut was choppy instead of layered. When I got home my husband was horrified and insisted that I call her to fix my hair. I had already spent nearly 4 hours in her chair but I went back anyway. This time when I left my hair was a purple/green/black color. She never asked if she could color it black, I thought she was actually going to fix my hair back to a color similar to what I had when I walked through Cost Cutters' doors several hours before. However Sharon apparently had other plans. It was my daughter's first Christmas a few weeks later and our pictures were RUINED because my hair was absolutely HIDEOUS. To this day my once long hair still breaks and although I keep putting it off I will probably have to cut it to at least shoulder length to get rid of the last of the damage she did to my hair. She also CHARGED me for ruining my hair and I had to contact the salon owner in order to get my money refunded.
