The provider was actually early for each appointment.  He made helpful suggestions for matching blinds and putting a blind on my patio door that fit with the door knob, and generally matched my decor.  He was friendly.  Installation was done quickly.  I would say, though, that the price was not really what I would have expected from a place with "budget" in its name.  Everything looks good and professionally installed, so my opinion relating to the price is not that major.

they arrived on time. They set up their tools and got right to work. It took less then 30 minuets . It looks great. I'm very happy with the blinds and the company. I will use them again!

Very professional, lots of choices, the price was more than we wanted to spend but once they were installed we were very pleased with how they looked and happy we paid the extra money for a quality product, We looked at Menards and Home Depot for blinds and were not happy with the products or the service, We would recommend these guys any day. They were great to work with and they treated us like they wanted our business, and the blinds came with a great warranty. We (us not the blind) had an issue with one blind and they promptly returned the call instructed how to correct our error and offered to come over. It was such a pleasure dealing with them that they are scheduled to be back in 2014 to install more blinds.

They did a nice installation and the shades are good quality. $900 for 2 shades feels like a lot but they are huge- covering a good portion of 2 walls and I did not find shades with the width needed at cheaper locations. We're very happy with them!

He was courteous, professional, followed through and got here on time for both appointments. The shutters look very beautiful and the job was very professional. He installed them in a short amount of time and I was very happy working with this company. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants shutters.

He was professional and came quickly for the estimate. The estimate was fair. He had a wide range of products for us to choose from and he didn't push us for any particular one. He had a van full of samples. He gave us exact expectations of what to expect, such as how long it would take to come from the factory. As soon as he had one piece available he came out to install it even though the rest were not available yet. He finished the rest of them as soon as they came in. The prices were fair.
