We are very pleased with the work that Absalute Vinyl did for us. Miles, the installer, did a great job with his work and cleanup. He was also good at communicating. Once the job was begun, they were here every day and worked straight days to finish the work. It did take a long time from September, when we signed the contract and put money down until April when the job was started and finished. This was due to Absalute's busy Fall schedule, then Minnesota winter, then we were gone for the month of March. We are happy with our new roof and the work of Absalute Vinyl.

Old House with a steep roof and some complicated details. Tony @ Absalute had a plan to adress those details came in with a good number and hit their estimated schedule. Wasn't the quickest install ever but like I say it was a complicated roof and the lead installer Miles was terrific. Would hire again

THE CONSTRUCTION WENT WELL AFTER SEVERAL SLOW DAYS; THE ROOF HAD BEEN LEAKING AND
IT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE THE SUCCESS OF THE WORK UNTIL WE HAVE THE
FIRST MAJOR RAINFALL OF SPRING.

Purchased a new roof (architectural shingles), and they were great to work with. I obtained 7 bids, and they were, by far, the most professional and the most competitively priced. They also use quality materials. Tony was great to work with and the only contractor to climb on the existing roof and evaluate it prior to giving the bid.  They arrived when they said they would and completed the job when promised. The only criticism is my teenage daughters, who were home during most of the work, said the roofers swore constantly. During the time they were doing the work, my 12 year old would meet me at the door when I came in from work and eagerly tell me the litany of swear words she had heard throughout the day.

Overall excellent.  The first job was the roof, upstairs windows and gutter guards.  They used Timberline 50 year shingles, they were prompt and professional, did a very good clean up.  The window guys were terrific.  Fast, answered all our questions and took the time to explain the care and use of our new replacement windows.
Second job was to replace an old (35 years old) shed in the backyard.  Excellent job.  Got exactly what we wanted.  A larger, barn shaped shed with concrete floor and heavy duty roll up door.  Once again, they were prompt, polite and professional.
Third job new front doors and downstairs replacement windows. They also had to jack up the front porch and get it back on it's cement footing.  A combination of the flood and then the really dry conditions played havoc with it.  It was done by the same great window guys.
It will be 2 years since the roof was done and there have been no problems at all.  There hasn't been a problem with any of the work they have done.  Everything was not a smooth road, but the little blips are not even worth mentioning.

They keep their promises and they do the work on time.  They start and finish when they promise and they have good products and service.  They do roofing as well. There was value for the price. I am going to use them next month.

Estimates were done quickly and accurately.  Many options were given and great recommendations were made.  Bill even came back out to the house to do a re-estimate for some other concerns.  Installation started on time and the installers were very polite and professional and took the utmost care to protect belongings and surfaces.  After the work was done besides the new windows you couldn't even tell they had been there.  I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I called in lieu of my elderly mother, and within a couple of hours my mom got a return call, and set up a date and time for an estimate. Mike showed up for the estimate, was very pleasant, and told her that he had a worker that could come out the next morning and take care of it. The worker showed up the next morning, and had the job finished within 20 mn. Mom was very impressed.

Sales rep was very easy to work with but actual contractor was slightly unreliable. Did all the work but not at the times he thought he would but he did everything he promised.

the project went very good. the installers were there when they said they would be, they took care to put down plastic, informing me that they use plastic instead of canvas tarps because I had lead paint on my old windows and that would help reduce contamination. they did all of the windows and trim in two days like they said they would and then left my house cleaner than when they got there. I don't generally like having work done on my house because it inconveniences me, but I would go to work in the morning and come home to everything looking normal and clean. the siding took about a week to do and was not easy, my house is very crooked. when they were done it looked like a brand new house. they cleaned up outside as best they could because of the snow, and then two weeks ago I got a call from the installer saying they were coming out to clean up my yard more thouroughly. I am not a very easy person to please, but they did it. I love my windows and I love my siding. I am very impressed with Absalute. Thanks Bill!

Service was wonderful. Estimate was done quickly, windows orderded immediately and job was performed well.

We went with high recommendations from our neighbors who had an egress window installed by the same company a year prior to us. Written estimate was fair and reasonable. Representative was thorough and explained the process in full detail both verbally and written. Crew came 2 days prior to installation to dig hole. Crew showed up on time on the scheduled day. Fully installed the window and trim in one day as promised.They were extremely pleasant and clean (changed their shoes before they came into the house!). They cleaned up after themselves 100%! They took time to fully demonstrate how to operate the window and install screen.
