Yesterday, May 13, 2025 we were visited by Jeremy from A. G. O'Brien to restore the water pressure in out tub. He was not only on time but a bit early (Yay!). He called and texted before he got here. What a pleasant and professional man he was. He actually restored the water pressure (after 30 years of low pressure), he did it while letting me watch and learn. I have used AG O"Brien Plumbing since I bought my house back in 1982! Had them here this morning to fix a leaky faucet. They called when they were 20 minutes out, arrived on time and got the job done! I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

I highly recommend AG Obrien. They came to fix some plumbing problems we were having and it was fixed rather quickly and the man was so nice and kind. Very nice people to deal with from the minute they answered the phone.

AG O'Brien did a great job for us: we had a leaky pipe in our kitchen drain in a very inaccessible space. We called Chris Adatte and he had a team out to us quickly. Both plumbers on his team were very polite and professional. They were conscientious about cleaning up and mindful about not making a mess on our floor. The job only took a few hours for them to complete (another plumbing service quoted us possibly two days). Chris definitely "under-promised and over-delivered". The price for their services was fair as well. Highly recommend that anyone uses them.

Excellent work, removing an old tub trap that was leaking. I would definitely us AG O'Brien again.

Excellent communication and coordination with my renters to replace and upgrade the natural gas hot water heater in one of my properties. The service was quick, and hot water was restored with minimal disruption. They noticed that my vent wasn't up to code and replaced it, giving me much peace of mind as a landlord. I'll be working with A.G. O'Brien again.

They were very good to work with and gave some valuable advice.  They had quoted the least amongst 3 other bids, I received.  They were very responsive and punctual for the job.  They seemed very professional and I liked them a lot.  I will continue to use their services in future.

HE ONLY BROUGHT A 50' SNAKE! He had no luck fixing the clog either. He then suggested I disassemble some of the piping elsewhere in the house and see if I could get at the clog from there. If that is what needed to be done, I needed a plumber that could do that! Not one who suggests that I do the plumbing!! While I did get a discount from their regular price, I don't think I should have been charged at all, especially since I told them a fifty foot snake was not long enough. I then called Midway. They brought out a much longer snake and it ended up having to go in about 85' to open the drain. They were quick and effective and came with the right tools. GO WITH MIDWAY IF YOU NEED A PLUMBER!!

They were a little lower than the company we went with but there were a couple of items that we had a question about. Our only issue was that they had a piece of equipment that wasn't as efficient. Their furnace was a 2-stage and we needed a 3-stage. They were professional and their bid form was complete.

In a word it was-h***. Causing me lost sleep and a big bill for a problem not solved.

We were looking to install Tankless water heater. Plumber sent was punctual and courteous, but it was pretty obvious that he had not installed very many (kept calling co-worker to get detailed answers to our questions). We did not end up using because we were looking for someone that had more experience installing these heaters and they were about 30% more expensive than other estimates.

Overall, no problems to report. He did leave his trash from the job in a pile in the bathroom. Why couldn't he take it with him or place it in our trash can? If there was warranty information on any of the labels that needed to be saved, he never told us. I may use them again, but will consider competitors for future work.

The man that came out was on his cell phone for 10-15 minutes while he was here. I am not sure if I got charged for that, but he wasn't working while outside on the phone. He did get the job done properly, and things were neat and clean when he left.

With metal fabrication, electrical, plumbing, installation of studs, ceiling, and sheet rock. In compliance with all code. They protected our floors and carpeting. Treated our church building like it was their own home. Installation was a high efficiency system that runs perfectly. Amazing craftsmanship, planning, estimation came in under budget. Who does work like this? Only A.G. O'Brien.

Came and did an estimate to replace standard toilet with a high rise toilet. Arrived on time, immediately sent estimate. Arrived on time on scheduled date with all parts. Problems arose with concrete (slab floor) being in the way of having the toile set solidly on the floor. Returned to the shop got a jack-hammer and fixed the floor. Took out the offending concrete, reset the pipe and installed and sealed the toilet.
