There were no hidden fees in the contract and we felt that we had all the knowledge we needed in order to make a justified decision. They have since called us back to do a refinance, which actually brought our new interest rate down an entire point.
Description of Work: This company currently holds the mortgage on our house. When we moved from Minnesota to Tennessee, they helped us with the purchase of our 3600 square foot home. This is not our first mortgage.
