Received a requested bid within days, responsive to questions and additions to the bid. After the bid was signed, services were provided in a reasonably short amount of time, and they were actually able to start my job a couple weeks sooner than anticipated. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up following the work - Overall, very pleased with the services and attention i received. Definite recommend!

This was my second experience with Olson-Legatt (they did my house back in 2009)-in both cases the work was clean, neat and done in two days or less (house was a day and a half-garage was less than one day). In both cases, the work was clean, neat and professional.  One important note-my wife has a lot of garden surrounding both structures and is really fussy about work impacting her gardens-there were NO issues). The price with both jobs was right on budget (on my 100 yr old house).
Based on a prior experience, I would say that Olson-Legatt provides an exception level of service. Highly recommended.

This was a great solution.  I had a quote from another company in the amount of $1,500 to fix the problem which seemed high to me.  Olson said for the same work he would quote $1,000, but he said patching the problem would give me another 5 years before I needed to re-roof the whole house (based on the age of the house and the condition of the shingles).

Great. The company providing my skylights messed up and delayed their order and Olson Legatt worked their schedule right around the new delivery date of the windows. The project went seemlessly. They are very professional.

They are professional, detail oriented, and willing to discuss concerns. They were prompt and willing to answer all of our questions. They were very clear and realistic with the completion of the project, as well as courteous of our schedule. We were impressed with the crew and the work that was completed, they completed the job very well. The clean up was efficient, they even laid a tarp over the yard to catch nails and went over the yard with a metal detector. They were very thorough. It's obvious that they take pride in their work and we would highly recommend the company.

Owners are very much people-oriented.  They did not BS me on anything.  They walked me through all aspects of the project.  I found the overall price very, very, very fair for the work accomplished.  We have a lot of "fly by night" roofers due to bad weather in the area and they are eager to undercut the price of the professionals.  A neighbor took a "fly by night" contractor last year for a $20k+ roofing job.  By the time there were done it cost them $60k+ to repair the damages caused by the "fly by night".  My roofing company is local and established.  They are not a large company, but they specialize in residential roofing.  The crew was comprised of some of the courteous young professionals I have ever  met (my 70+ old mother even exclaimed "How come my roofers were not that good looking?).  My neighbors who have hired this company still hear from the owner because he continues to follow-up to ensure they are still happy with their roof.  This is the real "wow" factor of this company...they continue quality endurance well after they completed the actual installation.
