They came here while I was at work. It was all cleaned up when I got home. Everything looked fine. He was a nice guy when I talked to him.

The guy came to bid literally the same night I left a message on the machine. Great, personable guy. Knowledgeable too, I just drescribed to him the problem as I saw it, and he articulated the solution as he saw it. The price quoted was pretty reasonable I thought.
Within a couple of weeks the job is already done. What I appreciated most about the job is that they did some concrete patching work that wasn't in the bid ... they just did it anyway. That is work I would have had to do myself eventually if I ever got around to it ... and it wouldn't have looked as professional that is for sure. The only reason I give them a B is because, though the leveling that they did is probably perfectly fine/necessary, I look at some of the areas and wonder if it shouldn't be even higher. But I'm just Joe Homeowner ... typically I leave the expert stuff to the experts. No complaints really, I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys if you are looking to do concrete work because of soil erosion. Most concrete outfits I called won't give a small job the time of day, these guys appreciate your business and are good at what they do.
Hand-written on the bill were some instructions and suggestions ... I appreciated that.
