Timberland rep, Paul is a passionate guy. We were sold by his passion to take our old home, treat it with care and bring it back to life. We had high expectations for the work performed and each project fell very short. Quailty of work was disappointing. The largest frustration was the absence of the project managers. This caused for several re-do's of work, making the project stretch out longer than necessary and furthering the level of frustration.

"Unfortunatly this project started while my mother-in-law was put into hospice care. She saddly passed during the time this project was being done so my supervision wasn't at the level of our standards that is true. Thus the homeowners felt the need to manage this project and make constant corrections. We were ok with that. The homeowners would leave an itemized list of any corrections they wanted each morning and we would address them all each day. There are things that can be done in replacing siding that cannot be done in restoring siding. This is a house we are proud to put our name on, it looks Fantastic!"

I was very pleased with my decision to go with Timberland Exteriors. The sales person (Pete) was very professional and knowledgeable. He came with window samples, which was very helpful. The installers were fantastic! Jeff, Mike, & Mike arrived on time. They were friendly, courteous, and neat. I had 5 windows installed, and they were finished in one day. They did a beautiful job inside and out. They were the kind of people you didn't mind having around all day. I have 3 windows on the garage that need to be replaced, and I will use them again. I highly recommend them!

I had my siding done and a window installed by Timberland Exteriors and they did a great job. Paul was very friendly and Gary, the guy that did the siding, was diligent in taking his time to do it right and do it well. That doesn't mean it took a long time, It just didn't go up in a day, because they have 20 guys on the job, most likely working for little, and not caring a whole lot. I've seen this. They also asked questions and gave me options and ideas and gave me addresses close to my home where I could see the options they were talking about, in person (such as having the siding on the gable be a little different then what I had previou

They did a great job communicating. The guys was actually called to let us know he was going to be a little late for our first appointment. The day of the install, it took only 8 hours and everything was done and ready to go. They even cleaned up inside and out when they were done.

We're very pleased with our new siding! The job was started shortly after the order was placed and each phase was done by a specialize crew who knew what they were doing. Siding was removed in one day; insulation was added the next day; new siding, painting and soffits were scheduled with minimal down time. All litter was picked up proptly. All workers were polite and courteous. We would recommend this company to everyone.

Timberland Exteriors did a fantastic job with the installation of our windows! They were prompt, courteous, neat, and thorough. Our questions and concerns were addressed immediately and they were very good about explaining the entire installation procedure. We enjoyed working with everyone involved in the project! We will highly recommend Timberland Exteriors to our family and friends. In addition, we definitely notice a difference with our heating needs and the new windows also provide a better noise barrier from the traffic in and around our neighborhood.

Installation was a breeze, the team showed up on time and worked quickly. Would have appreciated more communication between signing the contract and installation, we ended up placing several calls to them to find out the status of the windows and the timeline.

Lot of delay in doing the windows work. However they explained me that part of the delay was not because of their fault but their supplier�s. In fact they compensated a little bit for that. Then, I signed another agreement for roofing and siding and paid the down. And the same story is repeated. There was about 2 months delay in starting the work. After doing the siding work for 2 days by one-person it is found that the siding material is not what we are supposed to get. Additional delay and unnecessary confusion for us. Regarding service - too soon to comment. But as an example, Paul has to check my chimney long ago but did not happen

From the knowledgeable, soft-spoken, no pressure sales person to the installers and the installation supervisor, we were thrilled with our decision to go with Timberland. They left everything clean, were respectful, and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. They're the kind of guys you want for neighbors. Great job.

First, the decision process. I had 4 contactors pitch the job. The deciding factor was the qualtiy of the windows, and the fact that these windows are made in Duluth MN. Second; the contractor showed up when agreed, on time, and ready to work. Finally, the carpenter assigned the job was a seasoned pro, and gladly put up with any "dumb homeowner" questions. One window did show up with the wrong screens, but the contractor gladly ordered the correct one. The job took longer than planned, as I also had two entry doors installed by the carpenter. I love the windows!!

Timberland was very accommodating to our needs. They even offered to install our new soffits a month before we could pay for it, which I was very impressed by. It took one guy two days to install, and he did a great job. He did not make any mess and the end result is exactly what we wanted. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. And their pricing couldn't be beat.

Timberland Exteriors peformed a first rate job on the installation of siding, soffet, and fascia on my garage and soffet and fascia for my home. Their job was challenging due to cold weather conditions, but the quality of work was excellent. The only thing preventing me from giving them a 5-star rating was the sub-par cleanup effort that they displayed upon leaving my property. I have no doubt that if I withheld the final payment, their cleanup effort would have been much better. Lesson learned, but the bottom line with these guys is that they exude a high level of quality towards their installed work.

The nature of the project has changed. I have changed this to a siding project, and so far fell very good about Timberland. I have had 2 previous siding estimates and they were both so much higher priced they were not even in my consideration. I will have to rate them again as the project moves to completion. This project was finished last fall. I am very happy with the siding. The down spouts that were removed and replace were not fully attached as they should have been. This caused one in the back to come loose and pour water from the top of the down spout. When I called to ask about having this fixed, no one called me back.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. Reasonable pricing. Listened to what we wanted and were able to deliver. Installation of windows went quickly. 8 windows replaced in one day. Installation was relatively quiet, work site left clean.

Everyone we worked with/spoke to at Timberland was very courteous and responsive. The sales person that visited our home was informative and friendly - not pushy at all. The installation of our new windows was fast and clean and we are happy with the results. We're planning on replacing more windows in the future and will definitely use Timberland again.

They didn't start when they were suppose to. But that didn't really bother me, but it might other people. They did a good job. When a piece of siding fell down they did come and fix it. I would of rated them higher but that piece of siding fell off twice and it took them some time to come and fix it.
