Iâ m really frustrated with the overall experience. The service itself was fine, and I have to give the technician a solid 5 stars for their work. However, the extra charge for relocating the building was absolutely outrageous $1,400! That is just crazy when the initial property survey and building location cost $2,000. I was willing to pay extra for the new location after the city did not approve the initial site, but not that much! The total I ended up paying was $3,200, even after Kelly knocked off $200. The initial estimate was supposed to be between $1,500 and $2,000.

It was difficult to get a specific time from them for the work to be completed, but they did meet our deadline for the survey and they were out in below freezing temps getting it done.

I had a quick phone conversation with company rep and they understood exactly what I wanted. They came and performed the task of finding the property boundary markers faster than expected (I was actually away on vacation). They sent me a bill that was halfway between the high and low estimates. Most important, they performed the service quickly and efficiently.

They were very thorough coming out 3 times because of a discrepancy. They made every effort to ensure that they gave the best , most up to date information regarding our survey. One thing that lacked was communication over the 3 weeks that followed after the initial survey. Either way, we'd likely hire them again because of how thorough and dedicated a team they are.
