Environmental Landforms Irrigation

I recently purchased my home in Plymouth, MN. A "Rain Bird" irrigation system had previously been installed by this company. This company's representative is David Willcox (Irrigation Specialist) who had his card glued to the control box. My new home requires a new driveway and extensive landscaping changes. The redesign and installation of a new or modified irrigation system will be needed. Therefore, I called Mr. Willcox and left a message on his voice mail. Over the course of four weeks I called and left messages again, and again. and again, and again, and again. In my messages, I explained that I had hired concrete and landscaping contractors who would commence work in a few weeks and needed his help to revise the system he installed. Nevertheless, Mr. Willcox never returned my calls. In desperation I called the "Rain Bird" company and explained my concerns to them. They expressed that they would reconsider future referrals of this contractor for the installation of their systems and gave me the name and contact information of a different contractor. At 8:00AM the next day, guess who called, David Willcox. He was rude and told me to find someone else and then hung up on me. This is one of the worst experiences that I have had with any contractor over the past 68 years. You would be best to avoid this company and this guy.
