They did a really good job. The guy who came to do the work was one of the co-owners. He was very courteous and let me know what was going on. Their price was really good but it took them a while to comeback and finish. They came when they said they would come and were very professional as well.

Excellent work.  Employees were wonderful and kind.  The pricing was great.  I'd reccomend them to anyone.

He was missing a part to complete the work, so he said he was going to come back and never did. He sent me a bill for $500, so I called him. I told him that I was writing a check and sticking on my bulletin board and when he came back and finished the work I would hand him the check and he was fine with that. I set up another appointment, but he never came back. I called him a month ago and left a message, but never heard back from him, so I am not terribly happy with him. He just never came back and don’t know if he forgot about me or just decided that it was not worth it. When he was here he was fine and he did good work. He wasn’t my favorite plumber, but he fixed the things that he said he was going to fix, except for the part for which he did not have the part. The work he did on the leaking valve on my bath-tub and the faucet was fine. He left a bit of a mess that I never ended up cleaning because I had just had a newborn baby. He had to go into a cabinet get some work done and he left the bottom of my cabinet all covered in drywall dust. The actual plumbing hasn’t broken, but he was messy. There were also some things that he couldn’t fix. He fixed something else in my other bathroom and that was fine and he did not seem to have left a mess. I felt that the price was fair that he quoted for the work. My regular plumber wasn’t able to come out that day and he was and I was in a bit of a time crunch. I haven’t paid for the service because he hasn’t completed the work. The fact that he did not come back to finish the job and that I don’t know if I should hire somebody else really bothers me. There were a couple of things he said he couldn’t fix.

We had a water pipe break in our lower level on a Friday evening. We called Edina Plumbing and scheduled for them to come on Saturday morning at 8:00. Jim showed up on time and immediately started to fix the pipe. By 10:00, we had the pipe replaced and our water was turned back on.

HE WAS A VERY POLITE GUY AND VERY WELL MANNERED. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE GUY EVEN TOOK A LOOK AT SOME EXTRA THINGS AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INFORMATIVE, HE EXPLAINED SOME THINGS TO ME THAT I WASN'T AWARE OF. I'VE ALSO USED HIM FOR OTHER WORK AND WAS VERY PLEASED.

HE WAS VERY NEAT, CAREFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! GREAT JOB! I WOULD HIRE AGAIN.
