Medina Inc

Have you ever heard that it takes TWO (2) years to get a garage stall and concrete driveway project? Have you? The contractor David Wordlaw with Medina Inc. and I signed a contract on October 26, 2019. As per the signed contract, the contractor promised to get the project done before thanksgiving 2019. All the monies were paid in FULL on December 2019. He kept promising and promising and nothing was done till i started contacting the MN Dept. Of labor and licensing. The contractor was very disrespectful to me and got so mad at me and kept promising that the job will get done soon. Soon never came and it took him till 6-16-2021 to say that the project was done. Well, the project is not finished and the contractor refused and won’t correct the sloppy work both on the siding and the garage door floors. I heard him time and again instructing his handymen to (WING IT). That was about the trusses and the roof. I reported him and Medina Inc to Minnesota Department of labor and licensing. There’s is an official complaint that is attached to this company. They also have copies of his bad language to me all along and throughout the two years when I asked him to get the project done. The Contractor and Medina Inc did not finish the job completely. He promise that he will do this and that and never fulfill his promises and yet insulted me along the way. I have copies of all the correspondences. I will NEVER EVER hire this company for anything, NEVER EVER.
