A1 Accurate Garage Door Co was good. Everything was good.

Very nice, on time, recommended an upgrade of casters. Lubed track/wheels and tightened chain Squeaking went away... Three weeks later gears gave out -- ? coincidence Prob just wear and tear, but a little frustrated that exam didn't find this problem, but did rec other work

It is great. They showed up very quickly and did a good job. Whatever they fixed is still working.

I thought I was going to need a new garage door and support system. Kevin quickly surveyed the broken down door and told me he could recondition the system without spending a lot of mony for a new door. He had all the parts I needed in his truck and had the old door working like new in a short period of time. I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend their service.

They were easy to schedule. They did a good job. The service was as advertised; they came out and got all the squeaks out of the door. I was happy with their work.

They never answered their phone and there was no way to leave a message, and on the 3rd attempt (1 week later) there was a message that they were no longer taking phone calls. I strongly suggest you take them off Angie's list or show how poor the service is, otherwise it will reflect on you.

I have a minor situation. I want new rollers. After I purchased the Big Del, a man contacted me and said they could come out within 24 hours. I felt this was very abrupt and put me on the spot. I do remember the gal in the office was very good when I spoke with her. I didn’t have them do the work at that time because I have things stored over there and until I move those things, they can’t do the work. I hope to have the work done this spring.

One time, work was everything I expected.

They were efficient, they came in they did what they were supposed to do and what they advertised to do and I had no issues with them. It was a Big Deal Offer and nobody could beat their prices. They were punctual, and they professional.

Garage door wouldn't open. Called A1 and Kevin called back within 10 minutes. He helped me diagnose our problem. He honored the price listed on Angie's list. He came the next day. We left our garage open and he repaired the door while we were at work. When I got home everything was working perfectly!

My garage door was making all kinds of noise and was moving erratically. Technician Kevin was extremely knowledgeable. He replaced a couple brackets and a few rollers. He was also extremely courteous and patient and gave me a few tips. The door has been moving smoothly for over two years now.

The service person did a fine job of replacing the rollers on the doors, which, with an inspection, was part of the big deal promotion. (Yippee! This took a few minutes, at most, and was not my primary interest in responding to the deal.) At my request, he also adjusted the chain on my garage door opener so the door closed more tightly to the floor, for which I paid extra. That work was fine. I also asked to have some dented panels replaced on my two doors. The service person wrote a general estimate but then no one ever called back. Note to service provders everywhere: If you don't want to do the job, just tell me you don't want to do the job. I can accept that. I wasted time waiting for you and had to hire another service provider to do the work I was most interested in.

They were good, but their calibration was off and the garage door opener remote would not always work.

Kevin called around 11 am of Sat that he will be in my place. After 2 or 3 hours my garage door is fixed. I couldn't be happier.

I was having problems with my garage door opening and closing. The chain was loose and I called A1 accurate after finding their number on Angie's List. There were able to send a tech out within two hours. He was friendly and professional upon arrival, and explained to me the details of his service call. After examining the opener, he found a crack in the drive shaft and determined that I needed a new opener. He showed me the broken piece of the old Stanley equipment. I was told they sell new equipment and he explained my options- and were able to install my choice the next morning. For $543 I received a new Chamberlain Lift Master 1/2 hp chain drive opener, a new wireless keypad, two remotes and expert service. He did the work quickly and explained thoroughly how to operate. He installed new safety sensors, tested them, lubricated the wheels and track and adjusted the tension of the new opener. I was just thinking about going to a home improvement store and buying and installing it myself, but I am so glad I didn't. I feel he was really an expert at the install and making sure all was adjusted to be smooth, safe, and quiet.

Kevin came out to my rental property to replace the garage door tension spring. He was punctual, courteous, offered reasonable rates and did a great job! My tenant's car was 'trapped' in the garage and Kevin 'rescued' it! :) I was able to conduct business with him over the phone and everything was taken care of in a matter of a few hours. Thanks for being reliable, trustworthy, and for performing a quality job.

Called A1 to get a quote. They told me no one is in the office so I would need to call back on Wednesday. I won't be calling back.

It went extremely well, much better than I expected, as I thought we would have to replace the garage door. We had just purchased our home a few weeks prior, which had been bank owned and and in disrepair, including a non-working garage opener, so we had actually budgeted for a new garage door AND opener). To our great surprise, the technician recommended against replacing the garage door but simply replacing certain parts (don't recall which ones since my husband was home during the visit) as he said our garage door was still in pretty good condition. I am beyond thrilled that I have a fully functional garage at such a wonderful!

Called midafternoon on a Saturday with a broken garage door spring. The following day, he came out on time and replaced the spring in 1/2 hour! Phenomenal service! No premium price for weekend service. !st class professional operation.

They did a great job - professional, courteous, and punctual. Once they were at the house, we appreciated their integrity when we asked about possible additional services that we were unsure about - the service technician explained what the services were and why they were unnecessary for our situation. So up to this point, we haven't purchased anything beyond the Big Deal, but we will certainly call on them for any problems or projects we have in the future.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the result. Very professional and very punctual. Performed the work as advertised in the big deal with no fuss and great professionalism.
