Window shudders were replaced. ...The cost included material purchased. He is honest, professional, work was excellent and is a pleasant person to work with. His price is reasonable compared to other estimates.

It could not have gone better - the projects: ...Some of the overhang had decayed and was replaced and repainted. ...Many of the pavers at the front door and steps were sinking, Neil did a great job of bringing them up to the height of others on the deck. ...Replaced and painted a wooden railing to the back deck. ...Replaced cabinet pulls in kitchen area. ...Repaired magnetic catches on cabinet doors that were not working well. ...Replaced 2 commode seats in 2 bathrooms. ...Repaired slide-out drawers in kitchen. ...Caulked and painted front entry double door entrance trim. ...Miscellaneous repairs due to tree that had fallen on the roof. ...Sanded and painted wooden covers for Jenn-Air. ...Replaced all pipes in 2-car garage due to frozen pipes. The total for labor was $1,400 at $40 an hour. Neil did a professional job on everything, is very honest and wonderful to work with. Last year he installed a 160-foot Cedar Fence with a lattice front and it turned out great.

It was excellent. He is very responsive, reliable and professional. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Neil made himself available on very short notice and worked several days, including the weekend, to help us with a raft of projects as we ready our house for sale. He is honest, hardworking, has a positive attitude and is willing to tackle a wide range of projects. Neil will work with the homeowner on projects-he and my husband laid the flooring a did several other tasks in tandem. We used him previously on an extensive remodel at our lake house and were very satisfied. He lives in Cokato but serves the Twin Cities.

This was a huge undertaking that was made more managable because we picked (thanks to Angies List) the right person for our job. We got bids from other companies with multiple employees for specified work at a specified price, but decided to go with Neil on an hourly basis so that we could be fluid about just what was done. As we moved along we/he discovered a lot of damage or substandard work that we choose to have him repair or replace. Strengths:Interest and ability to do a wide variety of tasks, pleasant,honest and of excellent character, open to help from the homeowner, huge assortment of tools and equiptment, has an on call electrician for complicated work. Not the cheapest or fastest, but does good work and offers value for money spent. Neil currently lives in Litchfield so prefers to work in the western suburbs or further toward home.

Neil is an incredibly honest person. He is trustworthy and at all times fun to be around. Neil's prices are very fair. I have no hesitation to hire him for any construction or remodeling work around my home.

THE FINISHED PROJECT WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. VERY HIGH STANDARDS - OUTSTANDING ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND A PERFECTIONIST. TRUSTWORTHY - WE WERE COMFORTABLE LEAVING THE HOUSE EVEN THOUGH HE WAS HERE WORKING. A VERY PLEASANT, NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL PERSON TO HAVE WORKING IN YOUR HOME. WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING NEIL DID FOR US. NO TRAVEL CHARGE - PRICE WAS FAIR AND REALISTIC. WE WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT.
