Overall, we were quite satisfied with the service. The job was completed over a period of three days rather than one day due to weather. Dustin walked the property with me and negotiated a very reasonable estimate. I felt a little pressure to make a decision right away as they were in the neighborhood, however I was offered an additional discount for doing so. They made further trimming of one of the trees when we asked them to. The owner, Randy, did the major climbing. Because of the delayed work related to weather they did ask for cash when it came to payment time in order to pay their crew right away (it was near 5 PM that i was to meet him to tour the results and pay and then he might miss cashing a check at the bank.) I was not personally present when the work was being done but other family members were and they reported no problems. Our neighbors also had some work done and reported to us that they were very pleased with the quality of work and the price.
