We've worked with Bill from B&D for 3 seasons now. Our arborist originally subcontracted Bill to spray for Japanese beetles on a birch tree of ours, and then we hired him independently to do some lawn weed control later that season. The following two seasons, we paid up-front for his Total Lawn Care Program, which includes 4 applications: Late Spring, Early/Mid-Summer, Late Summer, and Early Fall. When I can get Bill to actually do the work, the quality is quite good. He helped us control the creeping charlie that's creeping in from our neighbor's yards, and the the fertilizer application appears fine. The problem is that he apparently can't track his own work. There's not much point to a scheduled program if I have to call to remind him about every application. This year, he didn't come out for the initial "Late Spring" work until June 29, after I called. As I write this, it's mid-October and I haven't seen him since June, even after a call last week to ask what was up. I like supporting a small local business, but this is pointless. I won't be renewing the program in 2019.
Description of Work: Pre-paid total lawn care program, including 4 applications of fertilizer and/or weed control
