Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Ordered a used oil control unit on 10-27-2010. Had trouble with waste oil furnace on 12-17-2010. Called them and done the tests that they requested to do. Rick said "we will get you another right out and send the old one back when you get this one". Had still never received it on 12-27-2010 and called them and was on hold for him for 15 minutes at which time they hung up. Called back 6-7 times which they would hang up right away. Later in the day tried again and finally got to talk to him and he stated that I would "have to get my parts elsewhere cause we are done". I asked "what about the warranty you talked about the other day" and he hung up.
