One problem is that the guy (Randy) is hard to contact. You leave a message and then wait for 1-2 days for him to get back to you. The work they performed was adequate and served our needs well. The biggest problem was that his prices are exhorbitant, bordering on extortion. Keep in mind that he didn't inform me before hand of his charges for this service visit. The equipment costs were reasonable. The labor was a touch high, I think, at $60 per hour. They were honest with how much time they were here working, however. My gripe is that he charged me $85 for a "general service call." This is just for them to come look at what you want done. It doesn't include labor or parts. He also then charged me a $15 "fuel service charge." His business address is less than 10 miles from my house. Come on, $15? Needless to say that his prices were way too high and I will not be using his services after my back yard project is done. I will also tell my neighbors to avoid him as well.
Description of Work: They changed out 4 sprinkler heads to aim around a playhouse structure and our new deck.
