Jerrod is easy to work with and he listens - easily understands your goals and concerns.
We would add that Jerrod, and his brother, Jake, are courteous, hardworking, and trustworthy. We had no trouble trusting them to be in our home while we were at work.
They know the code and their work will meet guidelines for inspection. Fantastic experience!
