I really wanted to give Troy a great review as he really helped us out in a pinch - we wanted our fireplace done by Christmas and he got it done. The corners aren't the best, but we can live with them. After Christmas, he came back and did one of our bathrooms. We have called him numerous times to have him come back to finish the baseboard tile but he has yet to call us back. We left messages for him to call us back each time we called him with no luck. There is a few spots where the grout on the tiles is missing and would have like to get those filled in. My husband ended up doing the work himself so we could get the job completed.

I did full removal of the prior viynl floor. I did not want to deal with installing a tile floor and the tile wall edging. Called Troy on the phone and he provided the bid right on the phone after asking some questions about the job. We agreed on the price and timing during the first call. All I had to provide was the tile. Troy provided all other materials including the backer board, adhesive, and final grout sealant. Job was completed as promised. Day 1 - installed base backerboard, adhesive and tile. Day 2 - grouted Day 3 - sealed. Not a challenging job but he showed up as promised, did great work, for a great price (only other bid was almost twice what Troy did job for).
Will use again for any future tyle work at the house.
Kept us current on his plans via phone and text.

Troy was excellent to work with. He came out to give us a quote and all pricing was itemized and up-front. He was responsive to email and phone communications. Our shower area needed a new floor put in as well as some new insulation in the walls and he added that work onto the job for a reasonable price. The final tile installation was very nice. He added a border row and worked with me on the final touches for the overall look. We were very happy with the bathroom remodel and would work with his team again.

They did a great job from start to finish. Picked up tile I ordered, changed layout due to shower size not framing tile properly, overall looks great. They had to pour like 30 self leveling bags to get floor level. They wanted to ensure looked right and weren't afraid to go extra mile and spend extra time to make it look sweet. Highly recommend.....

Troy was on time and even finished a little early one day. Most importantly the price was right. He did a job that others had bid out at $600-700. I could tell that he knew how to handle tile, to cut it to fit around the edges. I was impressed with the finished look as well.

Troy was awesome to work with. We had 4 companies bid on our various tile jobs and Troy was the only one that took the time after he measured the kitchen area to talk about what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. He had an incredible design idea for the kitchen backsplash that really fit the area and made suggestions about adding some different sized tile to enhance the overall look. The bathroom floor is perfect. He left us three grout color choices that he thought would look the best with the tile and he was very helpful with all my questions.
