Seaton's Custom Cabinetry

Troy is very good at what he does, and his quality is spot on. We appreciated the first few meetings we had with Troy, as he had many ideas, and various ways to do things. This was maybe our fault-we gave our "absolutely, must have this done by" deadline as July, but we really wanted it done sooner. We should hve been more vocal with our expectations. Things seemed to stall a bit. He came back a couple times with whether or not we wanted a lazy susan-but it was additional-and a garbage cabinet-but it was additional, and we started to feel nickeled and dimed. The cabinets were installed, and Troy and his installers banged up quite a bit of our walls, not only in the kitchen but down the hallway needs patching now as well. There was miscommunication between Troy & our contractor, as far as the services he provided and didn't provide. About two weeks later he came back with the doors, and the work does look very nice. After further inspection, we have about a dozen gouges take out of our walls that we need to repair, and that was incredibly annoying and disappointing.
