hardwood floor
 + -1 moreRich works odd hours around his full time job. He is very professional and personable and gets his work done when he says he will. His price was just unbeatable. A neighbor recommended him and I couldn't be happier. I wasn't expecting artisanal quality finishing (I have kids and things get banged around) and Rich didn't provide total flawlessness--but I got what I paid for and am incredibly pleased. Having seen his work my parents have contracted with him to do their floor.
Description of Work: Rich sanded and finished 1100 square feet of a 1600 square foot unit. He also did a long stairway and recoated 3 rooms. It's beautiful
