BEST CARPET CLEANING EXPERIENCE EVER! Our carpet was so stained and dirty, we wanted to install new. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to get this done before Thanksgiving dinner at our house. So we decided to clean instead and thought "Well, at least the carpet will be cleaned even if it won't look great." Found a Groupon for Restoration Pro 24 and booked a cleaning.
We were called the night before as a reminder of our 9am appointment and was asked if they could come earlier at 8:30am. This was fine with us. Norman arrived at 8:25am. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about stains, carpet and cleaning. After looking at the stains, Norman got right to work on those first, hand treating/scrubbing with a white towel. Then HE SPENT THE TIME CLEANING our dirty carpet! All previous cleaners did the job but Norman put in the time and effort necessary to get these areas as clean as possible. We were very impressed not only with the service but the results as well! We don't remember the last time the carpet looked this good! The cleaning system used less water and cleaning solution than other carpet cleaning services and our drying time was greatly reduced.
