Renewal By Andersen

It was great until installation. Then there was a problem, which is not the issue I had. The major issue is the lack of response to the problem and the fact that it took 3 months to finish the installation. I went with Andersen because you only had to deal with one customer service person. I went with them to reduce the hassle. It was nothing but a hassle. There were 4 installation appointments and 4 more times for the stainers to finish. I dealt with at least 4 different customer service people besides the installers and stainers.

They did a great job. Joel was the rep, he was really awesome. I do all my projects through him. The rep is easy to work with, understands his product really well, talks you out of something you think you may want if you don't need so very practical. they do good work and stand by their work by coming back and fixing anything. I think they might be higher price but we were not going for the cheapest but the quality.

They did a good job, the windows have been great, i can open them easily. We kept a cottage look and they could do that and it has been maintenance free.Same guy, Joe.

Waylin and Wes arrived exactly at the time scheduled. They worked very efficiently together, respectful of our property. Cleaned up after the job was complete. Waylin walked us through the project answered any questions we had. We are very pleased with our new windows.

Although our house has Marvin windows, we went with Andersen without checking other providers. This was because we were happy with the Andersen windows and doors in our previous house, we were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of our salesperson and we have always felt that Andersen is an excellent company. The ordering process went very well. The two installers were excellent in every way. They worked hard, obviously were extremely professional and were nice people to have around the house. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves. The windows were stained by an Andersen subcontractor after a wait of a couple of weeks as the two services were not coordinated. This was a disappointment. There was one installation problem and the customer service gentleman was difficult to work with, telling me that I should just push in a board. The reason I couldn't push it in was that there was another board in the way. When an employee came out to remedy the situation he told me that the board was warped and no amount of pushing would have done anything. He replaced the board and all was well with the world.

A few months later - the windows are working well and we have had no problems.

They were excellent. The price included the trimming and the staining. I like them and they did an excellent job that is why I continue to use them.
