 + -1 moreI don't really enjoy shopping at Radio Shack, but they are the only place I know of that still sells many of the items I can purchase there. I don't think the quality of their merchandize is first rate, but it usually will fit my purpose adequately. Most stores just want to sell things that have a specific purpose. If I want to go and buy a 100 feet of coaxial cable, I'm not sure where I could go and buy that except for Radio Shack. So that is usually the kind of thing I buy. They had an ad for an antenna and the price was reasonable. I don't have anything bad to say about it. I've bought a lot of stuff from them over the years and most of it has been good. Their price is usually in a reasonable range, but they aren't a discount store. They are pretty much at the market level. That antenna has stood up pretty well against the wind and storms, with one exception when an especially high wind bent it over. It was salvageable and still sits on top of my roof.
Description of Work: I have been buying electronic parts and supplies from Radio Shack for decades. I have bought TV antennas and an amplifier there. I live in a valley and I'm pretty far from the transmitters, and I've put it up and put and amplifier on it in order to receive Twin City TV broadcast and Rochester radio over the air.
